People have booze. Get a buzz or have too many, and then sleep off their hangover the next day.
Happens every week in this country on Friday or Saturday.

We have laws against driving while impaired by alcohol, and we ought to have similar laws regarding pot - but no more - unless alcohol DUI is a good argument for banning alcohol (again).
My sincere condolences....anyone who said legalizing was a good idea was foolish. Workplace injuries, vehicle injuries and deaths....decay of society in general.
