stand by my original observations from both the article and video but would want to see the bite to see if the reporter is embellishing as they often do or telling the truth about a “severe bite”.

I did check the video and it did not show anything. Just two dogs in a large yard, standing far apart from each other and standing far from the kid who was by the gate hidden from view. Not barking or acting aggressively The hysterical cops. Get a grip.
