Actually, I’d be happy if all of this turns out to be true. But as things stand, I am not willing to say this is really what’s going on.

For the last 18 months we’ve been hearing that Justice for the coup plotters is just around the corner, “indictments imminent!”. For myself I’ll believe it when I see it and thus far all of the major known members of the coup are walking around freely, while Manafort is rotting in a cell.
I’ll admit this whole thing is pretty confusing. Why are the known bad guys trying to rat out Rosenstein?
It could be they are targeting the guy trying to take them out. Or it could be that they are telling the truth. One rat turning on another.
What I don’t understand is why Mueller would be allowed to do what he has done to Trump. Also the timing of this report to AFTER the election.
After the election is too late if it exonerates Trump. If it exonerates him then releasing it early is not against the norm. In fact, it would be the right thing to do. Only wait if it’s going to be bad news. So if Mueller is holding on to good news until after the election he’s clearly a bad guy that couldn’t find dirt on Trump. In which case why did Rosenstein allow this to be delayed?
Something isn’t adding up on all this. Occam’s Razor...tells me that Rosenstein is a swamp creature trying to play his cards the best he can.
An oath means nothing to these people.
They all took an oath to be faithful to the constitution when they took office then violated their oaths without a moment’s hesitation or giving their infidelity a second thought.
Ask this: If Rosensein isn’t a weasel what action did he take to stop the traitors and the criminal activity that he knew was taking place?

I think you might be a little premature in your glee. Has it occurred to you that they might ALL be black hats.
There is an old saying, if you don’t have a seat at the table, you are on the menu. There have not been a whole lot of table conversations lately that have been held in the open. Until that starts to happen, I would not get too excited about what is out behind the barn. Because it’s likely a slaughterhouse.

I think it is not yet time to pop the corks, as others have pointed out, this article just reflects the author’s opinion.
Nonetheless, things are likely to be coming light more quickly now, due to election considerations, and just the ripening of the investigations.
I guess that we can expect to see something, of some sort revealed, pretty much every workday between now and the election. Rosenstein’s testimony could be juicy, and release of declassified documents could still be timed before the election, and indictments or arrests could occur from the many investigations underway (although DoJ policy would be to avoid such action before an election, Democrats typically do it when they can). Both sides will have prepared last minute “surprise” strategies to influence the voting, and early voting is already underway.
I also expect that lots of the players have two options prepared, depending on how the elections turn out. They say that DC is the only place in the country where most of the campaign bumper stickers are applied the day after the election.
So if the Republicans hold the House the jig is probably up for Mueller, and a bunch of other apparatchiks burrowed away in the bureaucracy. If the Democrats take the House they will have the whole budget and a bunch of investigations to bargain with, to protect their partisans.
Even if the Democrats do take the House, we will probably see some personnel changes and other moves being made in the month or two before the new Congress is seated, to set conditions as best as possible for 2020 (like shutting down Mueller).
So tantalizingly, you could be obviously vindicated any day now (or it might still be weeks or months...).
