It is legal to ccw in a poling place in commierado DEPENDING on the building. If the poling place is a K-12 school it is illegal by federali law.

I’m fairly certain they were in a heavily leaning Dim. Philly precinct. As with Antifa in many cases, a nod and a wink from the local law enforcement is my guess why nothing was done to them.

Maybe by state law, but here in OR a citizen can carry concealed in a school. One of the few sane laws in OR.

If there is an incident of armed violence at a polling place, you can bet long odds that it will be a deranged "Progressive" who is the attacker.

Of course in this State, all of the voting for the off-year election is being done by mail. There are no polling places as such, and the issue is simply not going to come up.

And waste LEOs' time...down where I'm at, they'd have to lie and make up why it looked scary in order to get a cop to come and check it...have had a number of conversations with cops/sheriffs outside a local convenience store in the mornings....and my weapon on my hip bothers them not...
