Why is it that if I owe Uncle Sam 1.67 he finds me and fines me?
How do these guys do this kind of crap and how do they play the ‘I’m a great guy’ thing so long?
I got a bill from the IRS telling me I owed one cent. It was on two pieces of paper inside an envelope. So the government spent around a buck to let me know I owed them a penny. I would have blown it off except for the wife applying for citizenship. You can’t owe any back taxes. So I pay it online. I think it’s $3 to use anyones online payment services? So between us we spend four bucks because I miscalculated a penny.
