President Trump announced Monday morning he is starting the process to cut or reduce aid to Central American countries that haven't stopped a caravan of illegal aliens. Over the past few days, the caravan has grown from 4,000 people to 7,000.
Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador were not able to do the job of stopping people from leaving their country and coming illegally to the U.S. We will now begin cutting off, or substantially reducing, the massive foreign aid routinely given to them.— Donald J. Over the weekend, President Trump again threatened to seal off the border if Central American countries or Mexico couldn't control the flow north.
"I would call in the military and I would seal off the border. I would close up the border. If that happens, and if that continues to move forward, the caravan we’re talking about," Trump said. "I think some bad people started that caravan.. you have some very, very bad people in the caravan. But I will seal off the border before they come into this country."
In Mexico, authorities have failed to stop the massive caravan. Stretching one mile long, it has broken through borders, police lines and barricades. When the cameras are off, caravan members ditch the walking to grab rides on train and trucks.
During an interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier on Friday, Mexican Ambassador Geronimo Gutierrez again argued Mexican immigration policy does not encourage illegal behavior and should be orderly.
President Trump is headed to Texas Monday afternoon and will campaign for Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) in Houston. There's no doubt the caravan will be a heavy topic during his remarks.
Makes sense and as my Brazilian friend sez,there all corrupt and the money goes into the leaders pockets not to the people.
Although if they get here they wont be required to work and who bought all those sneakers and jeans ?
Who fed these people and who is feeding them now ? If and hopefully when they get turned away what will the do for Jean,sneaker and food $$ ?
Personally I could care less if an AC130 took them all out in there tracks the moment they step foot on US soil

Per the dictionary, these invaders aren’t a caravan, so people need to stop with that euphemism.
They’re not journeying through a desert.
They’re not journeying through a hostile region.
They’re not pack animals (although they ARE animals).
They’re not in covered wagons, or using vehicles as living quarters.

You've got that right! Mexicans are opportunists and masters of the grift, perhaps even bigger parasites than their southern neighbors.
I've heard that Hungary has had success with "safe zones" that are outside of the border fence but inside the border. It keeps them out of the country but does not depend on cooperation from the neighboring country who might not want them either. These safe zones don't need to be anything but bare ground.

Take out the Front of the Bridge into Mexico. Can’t cross a bridge sections missing 3 miles of it. Bridges are cheap to rebuild in compassion to an INVADING HOARD’s damage to our Sovereignty or economy. They are far enough away the whole bridge wouldn’t collapse still.
Trump should also sequester all remittances to these countries.

I agree.
Most of the aid goes to lining the corrupt politicians/bureaucrats who run those poor countries. The aid barely reaches the needy nor does it look like it is used for job creation otherwise we wouldn’t have these bribed Soros/Dem pawns “walking” to the States via caravans.
And of course this particular caravan is set to arrive around the election. Even my Democrat neighbor, who not surprisingly is against illegal immigration, knows that. She’s voting for Cox for governor here in CA. I’m hoping she’ll vote for more Republicans, but I won’t hold my breath.
