No, it will not. The hurricane track is over a thousand miles away from the caravan.

After all, this is purely a pre-arranged political stunt, arranged to come to a head immediately before the election. This is not a coincidence at all.

An unexpected force, like a hurricane, delayed it until after the election, it would mean the PR stunt was a failure. Mexico, who is complicit in this, would simply pull the plug on the venture, and round up the stragglers and ship them back. We would never hear of it again.
