Regulation creates lawlessness because anyone can be targeted, investigated and convicted of a crime.
We have a rogue administrative state that can create the regulations with the force of law, enforce and adjudicate the regulations, all in one department.
Administrative law permits hearsay and allows so called “administrative subpoena” that allow a bureaucrat to issue a subpoena instead of a disinterested magistrate. Disputes are settled in administrative law courts with administrative law judges that routinely side with the administrative officials.
The entire system must be scrapped to comply with the 4th, 5th and 6th amendments.
This sounds a lot like bullsh!t to me.
