Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández told Vice President Mike Pence that a migrant caravan approaching the U.S. southern border is being financed by Venezuela, Pence revealed in a Washington Post appearance Tuesday.“The President of Honduras told me this was organized by leftist groups in Honduras and financed by Venezuela,” Pence declared. A senior administration official confirmed to The Daily Caller a call took place between Hernandez and Pence regarding the migration situation.

If true, that indicates the ultimate party responsible is China.
China may believe that this action would help defeat supporters of President Trump, but they seem to have misread the results of the “uproar” over “children being separated from their parents” and hoped to recreate that situation just in time for the elections.
I see this as a severe miscalculation, but we won’t know for sure until after the midterms.

Russia or China laundering money through Venezuela? Regardless of who is helping whom, The invasion has to be stopped...notice how many fighting age men there are? If any Americans are encouraging them to break the law, those citizens should be immediately incarcerated for however long it takes them to get to trial.
Air drop them back into Venezuela then, sans parachutes. When they hit the ground, it will give the Venezuelans something to eat. Win-win.
Not negating Soros and his constant acts of destruction — but oftentimes people who blame China/Soros conveniently leave out how much of a grip Russian oil money and interests have in Venezuela and Latin America at large. Money wise: Maduro wouldn’t be surviving without Russian aid.

One of their Labor leaders recently resigned from Parliament to come to NY heading up a refugee charity. Very suspicious IMO and it wouldn’t surprise me if they were in part behind the organizing of it.
Our people have given Trump the graphic and it shows funding also coming from every country who would like to see Trump gone. The leaders of Mexico and all others on the path are pocketing amounts for facilitating or at least not interfering.
As has been said elsewhere on FR, what appears to naïve Americans as a mob that just wants to feed its families is most likely an effort of many nations to immediately influence the outcome of our coming elections as well as cause future harm.
