CPL thinks he can bait Grassley into doing something impulsive and stupid. Bwah hah hah hah!!! Grassley made a criminal referral. One of many he's made. So CPL's opponent is no longer Grassley. He's bluffing at whoever will be prosecuting him, I assume the DOJ.
I have a feeling, if a decent DOJ guy (our side) takes up the referral and gets their teeth into his case, his theatrics won't have much of an effect other than to piss them off.
