When I first saw his name, I looked for “Cesar Sayoc.” But when I saw that his name was Cesar Altieri Sayoc, and knowing that in Hispanic culture, sometimes two surnames are used, I tried searching for “Cesar Altieri,” and bingo, I found his LinkedIn profile, his Twitter feed, etc.
