If a contract was violated, Gab has a beef. If not, then the answer is more competition, not more regulation. That said, some Congressional hearings on this subject to shine a light on who us doing what to whom and why would be an excellent idea. As would Congress doing what it can to make sure it sets no roadblocks in place that might stifle competition.
