He was at a separate building from where the shooting happened. He took a round trip back to the school.
I think he was there. The confusion reigns because he left, then came back with his camera.

Waterville, Maine is a beautiful town. Mainers are fiercely independent people. Fiscally conservative but they are libertarian in social issues.
