....The initial incident happened Friday, Oct. 19, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.
The two sisters, Leisa and Mary Garris, were waiting outside of their apartment for AAA to jump-start....
The Garris sisters told WSOCTV.com they are pursuing legal action for the threats that were made last Friday night.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said officers responded to the issue and gathered information from the Garris sisters.
CMPD said four criminal summonses have been issued for the woman, including two counts of communicating threats and two counts of simple assault.

From the video I saw, the white girl was drunk. It was less racist and more stupid.
I don’t care who you are that (drunk?) white woman’s behavior is offensive and inexcusable. Freaking busy bodies can’t leave people alone.

I agree that the woman appeared to be drunk. However, I also think the incident does indicate racism on her part.
She has lost her employment because of this incident, and was reported to the police. I cannot see any value in the two sisters suing her now. The lady has been adequately punished by loss of her job. This ought to be a lesson for everyone. Do not assume people are not residents of an apartment complex simply because of their skin color. Also, do not go about insulting them and threatening them just because they are standing in a place that you do understand. Third, if you are drunk, avoid getting into any confrontation with other people. Not a good idea.
Well I guess the racist drunk wont be earning 125k any more
What an embarrassment. There is no excuse for this woman
This woman is as racist as they come. She does this thing where she says this is whatever park you arent supposed to be here. What are you doing hanging around here
And on and on
I dont care how drunk you are you dont mouth that trash unless thats what you believe
Now, I am totally okay in saying it is not important from a national interest perspective. It really is not. However, considering how such incidents can easily get out of hand (some months back a woman got into an argument over a man regarding parking in a handicap spot, the womans boyfriend saw the argument and rushed out, the womans boyfriend pushed the man, and the man pulled a pistol and shot the boyfriend dead). There are too many people on edge - on both sides of any argument - that someone waltzing up to start an issue with someone is a real issue. I believe this woman talks about CCW even, and while it may be the alcohol manifesting it is still a threat.
Bottom line: All that woman needed to do is to simply keep on walking. She decided however to confront two people who were minding their own business, launch into diatribes and insults, rant and rave over how much she pays in rent (hilarious) and how much she earns, and even state about her state being a CCW State. She brought this on herself, and Miami TV simply reported on news.
News that is not important from a national level - apart from the fact that silly arguments have resulted in people getting killed. From what I understand she got fired, so I wonder how shell pay her rent (again, hilarious someone would boast about rent unless it is rent received as a landlord) or her $125,000 job
My give a damn meter will move when the same standard is applied to blacks and hispanics when they let go with their racist trash against whites. The woman was uncouth and foolish but frankly my dears, I don’t give a damn.
A proper way to check out the strangers would be to inquire if they needed help. It will be apparent from their attitude if they are undesirables who need to be watched.
Agreed, she came across somewhat racist to me, but mostly just a drunk stupid b*tch.
That link said, “This video requires payment to watch, sorry about that”
“That link said, This video requires payment to watch, sorry about that”
Strange. It opens up fine for me.
And that is totally within your rights, especially considering the only person who will pay for this womans actions is herself. As it should be, and as should be the case for any person of any ethnic background. Choices and consequences.
