Clarence Thomas Already indicated that The Supremes will get involved if activist judges Passmore injunctions stopping what the executive branch is doing.
I just hope they can do it really quick, and not have to wait for the lawsuit to get to them. I don’t know if there is any means for that to happen. It should have been happening already, if so.
Pres. Trump's legal team should tell any judge who issues an injunction or restraining order that his/her order is invalid due to the Constitution and more specifically the US Code laws. He should ignore such rulings and tell those judges how they have no such authority over the Executive Branch.
He/legal team can also remind said judges of the recent USSC decision upholding his EO regarding non-entry for specific nations. The lib/socialists can moan and groan and most likely scream at rallies, but the law is the law. The Executive Branch has the singular authority to enforce the laws as approved by Congress. End story.
