Let me get this straight. A country actually held an election without seeking the counsel of Cher first? Are they out of their minds?
Americans would never do that.

This seems a little disingenuous. That tweet was sent by Cher before Bolsonaro's victory, but this article makes it sound like it was sent after the fact, as though it was a reaction to the news of him winning.
