the messican govt has offered asylum to those willing to settle in two southern states AND work on infrastructure projects. This solves two issues: safety and work.

This offer is being turned down. They won’t get the same offer in the US. Some of these fools think they’re going to get here and just claim a patch of land, like they do back home and farm bananas. They have no clue.
