Closing the border to commercial traffic will achieve what is necessary in the Mexican government... I think.
Don’t have to close it. Just “reassign” CBP agents and cause massive delays. That will do it.
You would think the Mexican government would not want the hassle. You would also think that they would realize Trump doesn’t play.
