E. They’ve been coached that if they can get to an ER, after their water breaks, and have a kid in an American hospital, bill being paid the taxpayers and other patients, that their spawn automatically becomes a citizen of the United States of America. And being one, that child is eligible for all the goodies, courtesy of the US Taxpayer. Every hospital has social workers, etc that will get the kid a Social Security number and then walk the mother through the process of applying for and getting their infant, US Citizen, all the goodies: Section 8, SNAP, TANF, WIC, Medicare card. And then, under family reunification, they can reel up their entire extended family from wherever they came from and then destroy every neighborhood they take over.

Dropping a baby on US soil was not part of the conversations, but, it is unwritten and unspoken that the best way to permanently change the trajectory of a family is to do just that: have a baby on US soil, thus "anchoring" their future.

Congress has utterly failed us.
