In my small town I just learned that there was some notification that trick or treating is tonight, rather than tomorrow night.
I’m not sure exactly who has the power to make such a declaration, but if I was a reasonably intelligent 12 year old, I’d go out both nights.
Who the hell do these people think they are?
Back in 1954, HALLOWEEN was on Sunday night, so the City Fathers got the bright idea of having it on Saturday night. So we kids went out Saturday night, and got several treats. We also got yelled at by some man who screamed “GET OUT OF HERE! IT’S NOT HALLOWEEN!” A very hateful person.
