That would be expediting determinations of people who won’t show up for legal proceedings. What good will that do?
I fear what will happen is that many migrants will be allowed to enter because their cases are “just” and that a few of the bad guys with well documented criminal histories will be rejected. Bottom line is this will be called “controlling the border”.
Only a very discernible show of DETERMINED force can stop an invasion.
