I predict turnout in Gary will be 200% on election day.
Don’t be so sure with 40% of blacks approving of President Trump.

Turnout wont be that high. You have to factor in the number of murders they will have between now and election day. Oops I forgot dead Dems can still vote. Gary, Indiana last years murder capital of the United States. It has been number one a few times. Obama Should be proud.
