Actually Mary Matalin made the prediction a couple of months before the 2016 election. I saw a clip of her on youtube a while back. She was on that MSNBC political show, "With All Due Respect" with Mark Halperin and John Heilemann.

The asked her if Trump had a 25% chance of winning. She answered back very emphatically, "No, Donald Trump has a 100% chance of winning." There was no doubt in her mind, Trump was going to win.

They both looked at her like she was crazy and could not believe her answer. I hope she is just as right for the mid-terms.
