I really don’t know but......
In my view, putting sensationalism a side, the dry dock and the carrier settled to the bottom in relatively shallow water.
Both can be refloated.
The question to which I have not seen an answer is what caused the drydock to take on water and settle in place?
The easy answer is that some opened the valves and aallowed the drydock to take on water.
Ouch...thanks for the info. It’ll take them a while to dry out the carrier though!
