But I think we are seeing the “real” Obama - without speechwriters, policy analysts, consultants, mock questions, make-up artists, teleprompters - all designed to make him look good on TV

He returned to his “real self” pretty quickly.

And his "real self" is (and always was) stunningly mediocre.

You'd think he could get his own teleprompter, if he's going to continue to appear on the political stump. It's not like he's broke or anything.
