Trump won by 24 in 2016. Blackburn wins by ?. Now for nubmers. 2.5 million all votes cast in 2016. With early voting complete, we are up to 1.5 million votes cast. I estimate we end up with around 2 million total votes cast this year. Considering election day Rep turnout is usually higher (as in other states), that Blue county percentage may indeed decline to the final 2016 percentage. This is the first time analyzing TN so will be interesting to see final results.

ALL 2018 EARLY VOTING TURNOUT OF BLUE COUNTIES (SHELBY/DAVIDSON)-25.5%”

I cannot understand the reference?
Does this mean the Blue Counties this year have 25.5% less Early Votes compared to Red Counties?
Hopefully this means that more Republicans are turning out in the blue counties?
