It's better that we ignore the fact two turd burglers moved into a neighborhood and immediately began clutching their pearls looking for reasons to be offended. And, find themselves upset over a harmless halloween display (not targeted at them btw), ignore their neighbors' invitation to discuss the situation.......and instead get the press to be a bully pulpit against the neighbors.
I can't imagine why any conservative would want to know what is happening to their fellow conservative over something as stupid as a halloween decoration.

Let’s see... First, you make a play at virtue signaling by whining about posts beneath your dignity to suffer through.
When you get called out on your delicate supercilliousness, you immediately switch to “well, it should be labeled better.”
When you get called out for THAT little bit of juvenile excuse-making, you try hiding behind God as if you’re pharisaical breast-beating is on direct orders from The Almighty, Himself.
Finally, you none to subtly insinuate the reason you’re being called out isn’t because of your censorious moral preening, but because of some tortured rationale whereby secret sodomy advocates are persecuting you.
And of course you’ll respond to this missive with some version of “the only judgement I’m worried about is God’s” in true, cliched, NPC predictability.
In closing, were I you, I’d be much more hesitant about Jesus’ return. As it is written, God’s name is blasphemed among the gentiles, because of you (Rom 2:24).
I’m intrigued by the way the Times tries to pose this “couple” like a regular family, then provide them some “hearth and home” relief from the strife THEY and their ilk instigate.

Your complaint astonishes me. If you were diagnosed with cancer in 1998, and no one rendered the proper treatment, how bad do you think it would be today? That is the case with our country. We thought things were bad then, and they were; but they are sooooo much worse today, and at long last, we have a man in the White House willing to fight. And he needs all the help he can get.
So even if there are topics on this board that offend you, your one job remains the same: support conservatism by explaining it to younger people, undecided people, independent people, or any of the lost souls who need conversion to the Lord or at least to conservatism who may wander on here. Teach them with respect and love and good humor. That's what this forum is for, and if the societal cancer is threatening even to encroach on this board, tell me where else are you going to go to find so many other conservatives in one place? Name it. I'd like to know. I haven't found any remotely worth the time as this site.
Finally, we have a fighter in the White House, who is our last chance at a cure. Don't give up.
