Yup. That’s called criminal fraud. She should be arrested and charged as such.

She's not running a charity. There's nothing criminal about what she's doing. We may not like it but that doesn't mean it's illegal. This is kinda like the homeless guy holding a sign saying he needs money for baby formula but really he's going to buy booze. Donate at your own risk.
