My wife said that it has been in the news that the Romanian Mafia has been running gambling games at The Wall like 3 card Monty. SDo looks like the cops are coming down on them now.
The Arena in the background is not the new Mall but the fountain is new. Should be very interesting when next summer comes because people can easily walk in it. The new mall is just off to the right.
