On Saturday in Istanbul, Turkey was a meeting between Turkey, Russia, Germany and France. Was there a deal? How big were the chips?

Is this to divide the Anti-ISIS coalition and protect the remaining ISIS on the Eastern Border of Syria?

Remember, just before Turkey invaded Efrin (Afrin) and displaced 300,000 people and put ISIS remnants in charge of a huge area in Syria, they had a similar meeting in Turkey, then it was Turkey, Iran, and Russia.

Connect the dots. Is Russia playing with Turkey? Or are Turkey and Russia plotting against the Coalition and the USA? Will Turkey leave NATO?
