Good question. They are coming here for better paying jobs, yet they do not embrace the culture, as they bring their own prejudices with them about that culture. They will try and change the culture to suit them. Example last year a new out of state homeowner told her neighbor she was “offended” by their confederate flag and their Nativity scene at Christmas.
