He was a lukewarm almost reluctant supporter of the elder GHW Bush and I saw him speak politely on TV to introduce him to the crowd at a Bush rally. Not enthusiastic but polite.
Because of his daughter’s schools and sports I’m sure. He might leave after that.
Because this is his home town, that might have something to do with it.

Hannity is probably tied down in NYC as long as he does both radio and TV shows. He might be able to do his radio show elsewhere, but his TV show has to be done in the FOX studios.
Unlike Rush, Sean is a New York native, so it's his home.
He's said that he wants to relocate to another state, but family and media career are solidly rooted in New York.
Sean has a family and friends in NY, Rush had a $12 million suite in Manhattan and no friends in NY. Easy move.

Hannity understands that if he leaves NYCity his absence will give the Murdoch brats at Fox the opportunity to fire him.
Probably because Hannity is also tied to his nightly FoxNews show, which is shot in FoxNews’s NYC Studios.
I’m sure Hannity would split from New York in a NY minute if he no longer had his FoxNews gig or got FoxNews to allow him to tape the show in Florida (Hannity does own a home down there). FoxNews two main studios are in NYC and DC - two locations with very high local and state income taxes.
