Why isn't the Mexican government stopping the trucks and charging drivers with "human trafficking"?

Because Mexico hates our guts and wants these people out of their country so they can destroy ours. I hate these people because they've screwed up the countries God gave them and rather than fix them they feel that somehow the American taxpayer ‘’owes’’ them to make up for their deficiencies and that they have some God given right to ignore our laws, our sovereignty and our borders because it's their ‘’human right’’ to do so.
