Well, in post#6 you said there was no right to vote in the Constitution.
Then I asked if the Amendments were a part of the Constitution.
Then, you said something about The Supreme Court ...
and 'classes of citizens' ...
and taking a journey ...
yada, yada, yada.

But, you never answered the original question.
It really is a simple 'yes or no' question.
Are the Amendments part of the Constitution?
That is all I asked.
Are they part of the Constitution or not?

AMENDMENT XV- Section 1.
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged
by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

AMENDMENT XIX
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged
by the United States or by any State on account of sex.

AMENDMENT XXVI-Section 1.
The right of citizens of the United States, who are eighteen years of age or older,
to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of age.
