Dragging into its fourth week, all signs are on that the migrant caravan is falling apart.
According to the Associated Press:
ISLA, Mexico – A 4,000-strong caravan of Central American migrants traveling through Mexico split up into several groups with one spending the night in a town in the coastal state of Veracruz and other migrants continuing toward the country's capital.
The divisions came during a tense day in which tempers flared and some migrants argued with caravan organizers and criticized Mexican officials.
How did it happen? Obviously, someone promised them something for free and then didn't pay up. This is about what you'd expect when someone offers something for free, and then realizes that the whole thing is not going to pay off in the politically useful way he wanted.
Whether it was Venezuelan or Sorosian or Mexican, the free cash for a free ride to the border and all the free stuff of the U.S. just never materialized. That has raised questions about why the group should stay together instead of split apart. After all, anyone can apply for asylum to the states on his own. Applying in a 4,000-strong group pretty well means a long wait time.
A promised bus ride to Mexico City for thousands of migrants from Central America was the latest money that never materialized. Mexico's Veracruz governor, anxious to get the migrants out of his home state as soon as possible, promised them all free bus rides to Mexico City and then withdrew the offer, likely because Mexico City didn't want to take them. Federal authorities there warned the Veracruz governor he'd be charged with human-trafficking if his free bus rides rolled out to the Mexican capital. Obviously, Mexico City does not see itself as having much to gain politically from the big migrant caravan

Well there is a photo of a huge map on their route ‘showing them’ the routes to take.....where they are etc. Looks like Califoria, Texas and N.Vexico are the targets for entry.
There’s no stopping these unless there is a wall.....
Honduras has the world’s highest murder rate and high levels of sexual violence....and these folks are on their way here. I called my state Rep today about my fears.....he’s 100% with all I stated....(However how far Trump will go to stop them remains to be seen.)
When you consider the U.S. fielded nearly ‘332,000 asylum claims’ in 2017,.... Now think about that !...double that of two years ago and the ‘highest of any country in the world’, according to the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. And that’s just those who applied.
Additioally although Fleeing gangs, wanting a better life, are not grounds for asylum.... they don’t see it that way and really don’t care if we do or not......their intentions are to be here...period......
BTW ‘chain migration’ will be in full swing as there are thousands already here....won’t be hard to say they are related to someone.

agree-Fox news just reported that the 4 caravans are increasing and up to 12,000 .
While we can feel sympathy for these people they need to get in line with legal immigrants and that is the line that Trump can use, “Don’t cut the line, get in line”

Thing is, they’re breaking up in smaller units so when they get to the border, they’re let in without question because they aren’t part of the BIG caravan. FOX just showed a group of Hondurans who were accepted yesterday.
Those who were in El Paso and Missouri that Beto’s volunteers were talking about to O’Keefe got in the same way.

Meanwhile at its peak, the democrats were almost orgasmic in glee at the news of these Hispanic “caravans” as they saw it as a multi-pronged ploy to 1) stir up the Hispanics in their favor, 2) attack Trump on immigration, 3) they see these are potentially future democrats voters and 4) most important to get sympathy votes for Demoncrats.
Mexico’s news cycle’s has these caravans 24/7 as does Rt and other foreign countries.......all we see are the woman and children strategically filmed to appeal to US citizens emotions. But the other news cycles are showing these caravans up close.....they are really the underprivileged on this March by their countries standards.... most are overweight and I see a lot of teeth missing.
