Man sounds like a great weight loss program-talk about CALORIE BURN!
Back in 2013, I did a 8 to 12 mile ‘walk’ four days out of each week...for six weeks, eating at the same level and dumping all sugar drinks...I lost around 14 pounds. Never starved. Looking at the caravan crowd...if they were ‘honest’...they’d have to consume at least 4,000 calories a day, and in that weather...consume at least 1.5 gallons of water per day. My enthusiasm would peak out by the 7th consecutive day under that work-out.
