No black person in the year 2018 would use the term ‘Negress’ unless they were joking or doing a parody.
That’s an old fashioned term, such as ‘Octoroon’, for a person who is said to be one eighth black by descent.
I really hope the Georgians are paying attention.
Just yesterday the Black Panthers, armed with rifles marched in public to show their ‘support’ for Abrams.
