Same garbage, different words.

Hitting someone with your car can have all sorts of effects that don’t have to include the death of the person who is hit.

I personally know people who’ve been hit by cars, and they aren’t dead.

The (alleged) perp left the scene, and that indicates that (they didn’t want to be caught)

It makes no difference if the victim was a security guard or a police officer... Without question, it is attempted murder of a police officer.

Your entire schtick here is getting old.

Hyperbole noted, and dispensed with.

If one intentionally hits a person with a motor vehicle, the intent in to kill.

There is no other possible interpretation.
