Pinellas County Floridian here and I agree with this. His campaign ads here were dumb - focused on the fact that he played Little League in Dunedin and went to the Little League World Series. He was such a great speaker (so was his wife) at the rally in Tampa a few months back that it surprised me to see his campagin be so lackluster.

That said, I do not know of any white women splitting the ticket. All the R white women I know are voting/have voted straight party ticket.

I don’t think he was ever on the tracks. I said earlier, that I really didn’t think he wanted the job.

I’ve had the local news on since 5:45 and not one political ad from DeSantis. What’s going on with the RNC in Florida. My dentist stated, they blew all of their money in 2016, trying to get Jeb elected.
