Time are EST
You could be in for a long wait to know the results of the midterm elections and which party ends up controlling the House and Senate.
But polling places close earlier in some states than others and they could provide a hint of things to come as the night progresses.
6 p.m.
Kentuckys 6th Congressional District: President Trump won this district near Lexington by 15 points. Democrats are fielding retired Marine fighter pilot Amy McGrath against three-term incumbent Andy Barr. The race is rated as a toss-up. A Democratic victory could be an early sign of the blue wave.
Indiana Senate: Trump won Indiana by 19 points, but incumbent Democratic Sen. Joe Donnelly is polling even with GOP challenger Mike Braun. A loss for the Democrat would make it hard for the party to take control of the Senate.
7 p.m.
Virginias 7th CD: Republican Rep. David Brat best known for toppling former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor is battling former CIA officer Abigail Spanberger in a race thats considered a toss-up. Democrats winning here would suggest the party is doing well in smaller-city suburbs, a crucial battleground.
7:30 p.m.
West Virginia Senate: Sen. Joe Manchin, a Democrat seeking re-election in a state Trump carried by 42 points, has maintained a steady small lead over Republican Patrick Morrisey. A loss by Manchin would be a bad early sign for Dems.
Ohio governor: The race between Democrat Richard Cordray and Republican Attorney General Mike DeWine is a toss-up. Trump won the state by 8 points.
North Carolinas 9th CD: This seat appeared to be safe until incumbent GOP Rep. Robert Pittenger lost the primary to a hard-line conservative, pastor Mark Harris.

interesting
A quick solution would be to check each candidate’s horoscope!!!!!
This folk brought me to tears...YES OUR WONDERFUL president gave everything he got for us deplorables.. NOW LET'S SHOW HIM HOW MUCH WE LOVE HIM!!!😍 Bring it 👏🏼home 👏🏼tonight..GOTV!!!!!!!!!🙏🏻
MAGA !
In the Va 9th, it doesn’t look good for the incumbent Republican. People say he is boring. A major liberal was just swept into state office from that normally conservative district.
Great advice
Lexington democrats will hold back reporting votes like they always do to see how much fraud (U. of Kentucky punkies?) is needed to oust Barr. That’s likely what will happen, but not until several hours after the polls are closed. This one shouldn’t be called early.
But I won’t be surprised at all if the media cackles that “Donnelly wins big in Indiana!!!! Blue wave is on!!!!” very, very early despite the race being close (they can always retract their lie later after the damage is done).
The early invalid call is obviously intended to demoralize Republicans on the way home from work in other states and suppress their votes. At the very least the media will quickly call Democrat winners as soon as possible in Senate races in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota to give the “Blue Wave” illusion, but most of these were slam dunks for the Rats and not really indicative of anything though they’ll claim otherwise.
Pittenger was weak and unpopular, else he wouldn't have lost. He certainly would have been vulnerable in November. The seat looks like a hold.
VA9 is not on anybody’s radar and appears to be a safe (R) seat.
And, if Ds don’t at least take back the house
12PM: Every Democrat-run city - riots in the street. Kicking (Holder’s orders), punching (Pelosi said get ready to punch), and general incivility (Hillary said it will last until 2020 if they don’t take back the house)
Incivility is likely to happen in some places even if Ds take back the house. So stay out of certain areas today if an expected blue vote doesn’t come through. Many losers will be encouraging it with accusations of “voter suppression” and calls for resistance.
thegreenpapers.com is pretty good about results and rules for the many states and races.

We really need to eliminate publishing partial results. NO election should be announced until ALL the votes are in and tabulated.
This would go a long way towards stopping democrat vote fraud as they will no longer know how many votes they need to manufacture
Also the penalty for vote fraud should be death, it is a treasonous act and should be treated as such.
It happens. Look at John Glenn.

I forgot about the shuttle ride sellout.
"We are in Texas at the border... Just stopped these two buses LOADED with illegal immigrants
with fake IDs. THEY WERE HEADED TO THE POLLS!!!....ICE has been contacted.
They all have checks for $100 each
made out of an account from the Beto for Texascampaign"......
Col. Gary Of the militia.
Yes, House stays Republic because of Trump, loses because of Never Trumpers like Ryan. Either way, Ryan and his entire leadership need to go. Trump is going to carry a lot of Republicans over the finish line, credit to him.
Same for Bill Nelson getting a seat on the space shuttle.
Crap post. Old photo and phony story.
