I agree. The only real reason He was close in the lost to Cruz in TX was because Cruz truly isn’t a likable guy and money was pouring in for Beto from all over the Dems hemisphere. The only thing about the Mondale comparison that will be off is the fact that Mondale won Minnesota and Beto will not win TX
