Yes, their hands in your pocket. The one thing you can be sure will come back is forcing communities to build “affordable housing” AKA ghettos in nicer neighborhoods. Banks will be told that credit ratings must be weighed with other factors when making home loans to minority customers. It will be argued that it is harder for them to establish credit so a lower rating must be deemed acceptable.
