Good chance you’re right. After Roberts’ preposterous decision on ObolaCare, I have little confidence in him sticking to the Constitution in as controversial case as this.
Hence, Ginsberg needs to die off the Court before PRESIDENT Trump makes this move.

I tend to agree. In the case of such a momentous decision, and with the court as closely divided as it is, it's almost too much to risk.

It would only take one weak-kneed 'conservative' justice to cement the misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment into place forever.
