I’m a veteran and have had to deal with people on the left who harp and harp about military benefits, base privileges, and military retirements, etc. and that this is why there is not enough money available for social programs, to include immigrants (legal or not).

Forgot to add last sentence and clicked...meant to add this at end:

Never used to hear people complain about military service like it was a burden on citizens.

Okay bet my spouse and I we are thinking there are 277,000 early voting ballots that the Maricopa Co Recorder hasn’t tallied. Maricopa does tend to run Republican and I thought it weird that Sinema was winning it at the AZ Secty of St website. There are also 100,000 and some provisional ballots in Maricopa County to be counted. But those will take longer. The 99.3 percent reported only represents, I believe, those who voted in person at the polls, not mail in ballots.

Great points.

At this rate, we won’t know who won until next year!!!

With the delays, and the nature of the opposition, I think you can safely bet it won’t be favorable to Republicans.

We’re going to get screwed out of this seat. The delay is ridiculous.

Would not surprise me.

I heard they have lawyers and when doing the ballots today, they have 1 R, 1 D and 1 I who is overseeing each ballot and all have to be in agreement.

Can you imagine how long this will take? And how do we know ballots will not be counted multiple times?

I hope people are very happy for voting in Fontes two years ago.

Might be about the lawsuit. The man is worse than Helen Purcell. Idiot Maricopa County voters. I don’t FB. Wouldn’t give Mark Zuckerberg the time of day.

FR is really slow for me all of a sudden.

I will attempt to post any news about his conference.

All he really did was explain about the ballots and how they contact people regarding signature discrepancies.

He said they will continue to count ballots.

I tuned in a little late but that’s what I heard.

Fontes said a judge denied a request to stop counting ballots (provisional, I believe). Another hearing tomorrow.

Update at 5PM with updated numbers.

Someone said to Fontes, “Hey” and Fontes said to the reporter, “Don’t hey me!”

If someone else can add to this, I’d appreciate it.

There’s a signature check and you provide your phone number in case of any questions about the ballot.

I guess there’s a state law that says they have to verify the signature on the ballot on election day and no later. Well Maricopa County had two hundred thousand and some mail in ballots dropped off by voters at polls that day. How could you verify them all? I also heard that some County Recorders have already said they just do whatever what they want and that is what the lawsuit is about.

I vote via absentee and this was the first time I provided my phone number. Once I did that, I got non-stop phone and text messages from BOTH parties even though I am a registered Republican.

Take a look at these two sites, one is Fontes and the other is the AZ SOS. Numbers are different as are precincts reporting (MCPA County):
