Wonder what the FR rock chunkier are going to do when Whitaker only dials back Muller and doesn’t send him packing. Or when he doesn’t go after the former FBI employees.

If he didn’t agree with his boss as CoS a man of integrity would have left.

“when Whitaker only dials back Muller and doesn’t send him packing.”

These two things are not mutually exclusive. Unless Mueller and his large team suddenly decide to work pro-bono.

I won’t repeat in entirety what I wrote 4 times today already, but imo you can’t expect the DOJ to investigate the DOJ. In fact you don’t want it, no matter who is in charge or how many of the criminal conspirators have left. FBI is a subdivision of the DOJ.

So as unweildy as the SP laws & regulations are, this is one of those rare cases where a Special Prosecutor is actually called for.

The House has plenty of evidence and testimony. When the Dems take over in January they will suspend the current investigation into the FBI/DOJ FISA abuses and other abuses. This leaves Trump with few options, imo, but to appoint a new SP to pursue the conspiracy and collusion between DOJ/FBI and foreign governments with the DNC and HRC campaigns.
