I agree. She should retire and spend the rest of her allotted time with her family. I even wonder if she is up to the job anymore.

Or maybe she strained too hard getting on her “pull up Depends”.

Broken ribs are extremely painful. According to the SC calendar she has about 3 weeks before they hear any new cases. She’ll miss reviews of appellate cases for several days at least.

I had a rib injury a long time ago while wrestling with someone. I still felt that for about a year.

I’m hoping she retires, then recovers...she should get the message.

It makes no difference; it’s still President Trump’s fault

On top of the rib issue she needed to be bundled up inside.

No they don't.

This is a sad story, which illustrates the perils of seeing power as your God.

I fear she's going to follow the route of Thurgood Marshall. Incontinent, senile, completely unable to perform any function of her job, but handing it off to her clerks.

This, and hang on like McCain where no one can dare suggest she step down.

A supposedly reliable source has claimed that Ginsberg has pancreatic cancer. Has anybody else been told of such?

Horrible pain for an old woman and very slow recovery. God bless her.

Yep, someone should try sprinkling a little Holy Water on her. Heaven only knows how many lives she, and those of her ilk, have caused to be snuffed out.

May God have mercy on her soul.

"A supposedly reliable source has claimed that Ginsberg has pancreatic cancer."

Fact Check: Wikipedia says this theory is TRUE.

"On February 5, 2009, she again underwent surgery, this time for pancreatic cancer. Ginsburg had a tumor that was discovered at an early stage. She was released from a New York City hospital on February 13 and returned to the bench when the Supreme Court went back into session on February 23, 2009."

That s far too painful to function on the Supreme Court at her age. I wish her well, but she would be so drugged for the pain or too in pain to think sharply. May she recover fully and soon, but it is time to step down.
