Last month, one source, the leftist newspaper The Santa Monica Observer, citing an unidentified law clerk, is saying that her malignant melanoma has returned, and that she is planning to resign in January of 2019. Her idea might have been that this would be after a Democrat-controlled senate was in place.
As a side note, breaking her rib in a fall might be a ruse, as radiation therapy for cancer can substantially weaken bones.
Ginsburg was treated in 1999 for colon cancer and had surgery in 2009 for pancreatic cancer.
It is alleged that she told only Democrat leaders of her intent to retire, which was why they were so intent to stop the nomination of Kavanaugh.
I read last night the things she has been diagnosed with in the past. She has been. through incredible health challenges!!! I really feel sorry for this woman.. She needs to be urged to retire.

She had just announced she would be retiring January 20, the day the new Senate is installed. Guess Trump could try to ram another nom thru in the next 6 weeks (minus holidays); but it's unlikely the Ranking Member and her crooked cronies would permit it.

It wouldn’t be a ruse if she has had radiation; bones actually break. It happened to a relative of mine after radiation— broke his leg, then his arm, just doing ordinary things like slamming the car trunk.

Well, you better steady up. There WILL be people pushed and likely bones broken before they cart the old fool out...and a new conservative judge assumes the bench.
