Joe has turned into a thoroughly mean man. He has a spiteful edge and seems to delight in being nasty. He’s deeply bitter and I guess he appeals to the left’s moral outrage, but really, I wouldn’t want him on my side.

I presume what he is getting at is NYS’s Democrat mafia looking to selectively prosecute Trump’s kids for some of their administrative errors in the operation of their charity under state, as opposed to federal, law.
Could well give the GOP a majority grip on government for the next 30 years, so I doubt even the craven NYers will follow through with it.
