Of course the focus will be the gun and not the shooter
No mention that per FBI stats the only 0.7% of guns owned in the US are used in a crime
And of that 0.7% of the gun[s] used are by 80% who have a criminal record
We need criminal control not gun control

I submit that is when he started planning. Here is the root - how many times have we heard this from the parent of a shooter: ‘we lived in fear but didn’t know what to do’?:
