Wasp killer is great. Range of 30 ft+, perp can’t see or breathe. Plenty of time to “tenderize” them until help arrives.

At a distance, wasp killer combined with a cigarette lighter is even better.

Wasp killer is a terrible self defense tool. Its effect takes minutes to kick in and you’re likely to be beaten to death by then.

Use a standard OC spray and leave the wasp killer to wasps. Search for videos on wasp spray being used on people to prove how poorly it works.

Which opens up a fedgov legal can of worms for the wasp sprayer.

'Pesticide product labels provide critical information about how to safely and legally handle and use pesticide products. Unlike most other types of product labels, pesticide labels are legally enforceable, and all of them carry the statement: “It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.” In other words, the label is the law.'

Get the lawn sprinklers re-targeted with an override-ON switch.
Get some 110db horns aiming out from the house.
Get some hi power strobe lights aiming out from the house.
Get a remote-activated electric lawn sprayer with potent stink spray in it.
Get some German Shepherds.

Make the (unionized government employee with nice retirement benefits) police respond.

A lighter is a good accessory to wasp spray. Makes a nice little flame thrower. Just can’t keep it lit very long, else the flame could travel back to the can and go kaboom in your hand.

Throw in a Bic lighter for special effects.
